We provide a resident medical doctor for 24 hours, seven days per week, on-call basis for all urgent or emergency medical needs of the hotel guests and employees. We shall give at all times a working mobile phone number for contact by the hotel.

We supply the clinic with the instruments and equipments which are required for the ordinary medical work and also for emergency cases.

Information supply and problem solving for our sick guests during their stay in Egypt or willing to come to Egypt as regard referring to hospitals, medical insurance, medical facilities available, follow up, etc. The guests can send us their medical file before their trip; we study their cases and arrange the precaution for their stay. Also we are building a data base for our patients so we can get their old files if they about to need it in the future.

We conduct regular inspection, for medical safety, hygiene and cleanliness of all hotel kitchen, refrigeration areas, food stores and preparation areas to be performed on regular basis.

We are holding a regular session course for the personnel who have a direct contact with the guests. To train them on first aid measures to enable the hotel to rescue the emergency cases e.g. heart attacks, near drowning, and sever trauma and accidents.

Our company shall provide the management with monthly report showing and reflecting the hygienic standard of the kitchen and the swimming pool.
